Ikon is excited to provide your official academic documents digitally via My eQuals, a secure, trusted platform used by universities and higher education providers across Australia and New Zealand. With My eQuals, you can access your documents anytime, keep them safe in one place, and easily share them whenever you need to.
What is My eQuals?
My eQuals is a secure online portal where students can store and manage certified digital academic credentials.
It gives you:
- Lifetime access through your personal email
- Easy access to your documents anytime, anywhere
- Tamper-proof, verified records you can rely on
- Simple sharing options for employers, universities, and other organisations
Which Documents Does Ikon Issue Through My eQuals?
Ikon issues the following digital documents through My eQuals:
- Academic Transcript
- Australian Higher Education Graduate Statement (AHEGS)
- Completion Letter
- Testamur
These documents are secure, digitally signed, and always available through your My eQuals account.
How to Access Your Documents
When your documents are ready, you’ll receive an email from Ikon at your personal email address (the one we have on file).
This email will guide you to:
- Create your My eQuals student profile
- Verify your email
- Log in to view your documents
Once your account is set up, you can log in to access your documents using your personal email, during study and after graduation. Students who attend the graduation ceremony will also receive a hard copy of their academic transcript, AHEGS, Ikon completion letter, and testamur.

When your My eQuals let’s you build a professional student profile to showcase your achievements.

How to Share Your Documents
My eQuals makes sharing simple. You can:
- Send a secure link directly to an employer or institution
- Share documents with organisations registered on My eQuals
- Download certified PDF copies for your records
You choose who can access your documents and for how long.
Requesting Physical Copies of Your Documents
If you attend your graduation ceremony, you’ll receive a hard copy of your:
- Academic Transcript
- AHEGS
- Completion Letter
- Testamur
If you are not attending graduation but still want physical copies, that’s no problem!
You can simply email your request to [email protected]

Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive your My eQuals email once your document has been officially issued. This may occur:
- after you have graduated, or
- when you request a transcript during your studies.
Please note: your document cannot be released if you have outstanding or overdue fees, so you will need to settle these before it can be issued.

Use the Share options in My eQuals to create secure links or send documents directly to employers or institutions.
Yes! Most academic records can be downloaded as certified PDFs.
Yes. You can create different profiles for employment, further study or personal use.
No. Your documents stay accessible permanently. However, shared links can have expiry dates; you control that.
Yes. If your email was updated before your document was issued, My eQuals will use the new one. Make sure also to inform our Student Experience Team so your records are up to date.
- Digital copies issued via My eQuals are free of charge.
- Physical documents provided as part of the graduation ceremony are included in your graduation fees.
- Requests for physical copies are re-issued documents may involve an extra fee.
