Eligible students may apply to receive a reduction of up to 15% off their tuition fees with Ikon for the duration of their course. Note the 15% is applied to the net tuition fee, after any applicable course scholarship has been deducted.

Ikon offers a number of scholarships. If you are not eligible for the Onshore Access Scholarship, you may be eligible for other scholarships offered by Ikon.

The amount (up to 15%) will be applied to the net Ikon tuition fee, after any applicable scholarships have been deducted.

Eligibility & Fees
  • Genuine international students currently studying in Australia on a valid student visa who are seeking to transfer to Ikon prior to completing their principal course.
  • Students must have completed the first six months of their principal course, in accordance with the National Code requirements that students complete this period before transferring providers.
  • Students can apply either directly or via an education agent.

How to apply

  • As part of the application process, you will need to submit a Statement of Intent outlining your reasons for changing providers, your reasons for wishing to study at Ikon, and any merit or equity considerations you would like Ikon to take into account, together with confirmation that your decision to transfer is based on genuine academic, personal, or career reasons and not primarily motivated by the scholarship or fee reduction offered.

How is the scholarship awarded?

  • Merit considerations can include academic and non-academic criteria. Academic criteria could include academic performance in your principal course to date, and non-academic criteria could include relevant work experience, a portfolio, professional reference or written statement that supports the career outcome of the Ikon course applied for.
  • Equity considerations may include financial hardship, disability, refugee or humanitarian background, primary carer responsibilities, or residence in a recognised regional, rural, or remote area prior to commencing study in Australia.
  • Scholarship amounts are determined with reference to the above criteria.

Important information
